Founded in 1993, NAPESCO has established itself as a leading provider of diversified oilfield services including Cementing, Coiled Tubing, Stimulation, Nitrogen, Downhole Service Tools, and a comprehensive collection of technical services including Seismic Analysis and Interpretation, Reservoir and Production Engineering.

In 2000 the Company entered the Health, Safety & Environmental field and now offers a variety of services focused on the HSE industry within the Gulf region. In the area of Waste Management the Company offers state-of-the-art technology through the utilization of a patented AVA Thermal Desorption process that allows for the recovery of both hydrocarbon and heavy metals from contaminated waste products to the most stringent environmental regulations and requirements. Additional HSE services include Monitoring & Laboratory Analysis, and a well established Consultancy Group offering assessments and studies associated with Environmental Impact, Risk, and HAZOP planning and management.

Services
The Company maintains its headquarters and operational base in Mina Abdullah, Kuwait. From this facility NAPESCO supports field operations locally in Kuwait and throughout the Middle East region.

Oilfield Services - Cementing
NAPESCO offers a modern fleet of Cementing Units equipped with dual SPM Triplex Pumps that are powered by either Detroit Diesel or Caterpillar engines. All NAPESCO cementing units utilize Re-circulating Slurry Mixers (RCM) with Automated Density Control (ADC) allowing for high energy mixed cement slurries with precise density control. All Cementing treatments are recorded with high resolution Data Acquisition Systems (DAS) allowing for historical records and post job evaluations.

Qualified personnel and modern equipment is further supported by a strong technical component. Advanced design software and a well equipped and staffed Cement Laboratory allows NAPESCO to offer optimized cement slurries, spacers and chemical pre-flushes. A full suite of proprietary chemicals and cement blends that are designed according to the American Petroleum Institute (API) specifications and recommended industry practices are tested and offered.

Oilfield Services - Stimulation
Stimulation treatments enhance or stimulate production in all formation types and can be categorized by injection rate and pressure. The success of the treatment depends on many variables such as compatibility of the treating fluid with both the formation rock and reservoir fluids, and how effective the reactive fluid can be placed into the formation to ensure optimum coverage of the producing zone.

NAPESCO offers a variety of proprietary acid formulations and chemicals to ensure the proper chemistry is achieved to optimize the stimulation treatment for a given producing zone. From initial laboratory testing, to job design, to on-site job execution and post-job evaluation, NAPESCO is well equipped to deliver effective Stimulation Treatments at the well-site and have performed some of the largest Matrix Acidizing treatments in Kuwait.

Oilfield Services - Coiled Tubing
CT Services are commonly required for circulating fluids (stimulation treatment or remedial cementing) to a specific depth in a wellbore. Other common uses include circulating nitrogen to lift fluids out of a wellbore or to circulate out debris from a wellbore. Other more advance applications include Fishing, Logging , Perforating, Drilling and Milling with Coiled Tubing.

NAPESCO offers modern Coiled Tubing Units staffed with experienced field personnel. Further support is provided by an experienced management and engineering team. From initial job design using state of the art modeling software to execution and finally post job analysis, NAPESCO has the people, equipment and skill set to fully utilize this unique technology.

Oilfield Services - Nitrogen
Nitrogen is an inert gas that has many uses within the oil industry. Basic applications include circulating nitrogen into a wellbore to facilitate flow-back of both introduced and formation fluids to surface while minimizing damage to the producing formation.

Nitrogen is commonly used in Industrial Cleaning (pipelines and surface facilities) to purge air prior to cutting and welding as well as for pressure testing of piping systems.

NAPESCO offers modern Nitrogen Pumping Units that are self contained and highly mobile. These units are skid mounted and utilize a cryogenic triplex pump and associated plumbing together with a vaporizer system. Liquid Nitrogen is fed into the Triplex Pump and upon displacement is converted from a liquid to a gas using recovered waste energy from the power unit and hydraulic system.

NAPESCO maintains a well equipped and modern Oilfield Laboratory. This facility is staffed by experienced technicians and is capable of conducting all API Testing Procedures for Cementing services.

NAPESCO owns the AVA Vacudry Thermal Desorption Plant capable of recovering Hydrocarbons from the Oil contaminated Waste or Sludge and mercury from the contaminated waste to meet the stringent Environmental regulations & requirements.

AVA Vacudry Thermal Desorption Plant is the only TD technology in the world offering high carbon cycle recovery (up to C40) with minimal/zero emission due to sophisticated heated vacuum filter unit and also the equipments are designed to the highest safety standards to meet ASME & ATEX specification requirements.
