INMA is a group of companies operating in the lower gulf region with companies in the UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, theSULTANATE OF OMAN & the STATE OF QATAR. Gulf Development and Construction (INMA) L.L.C. was established in the U.A.E in January 1972. It's paid up capital today is 15 million Dirhams compared to the ½ Million Dirhams it started with.
In 1974, Gulf Development and Construction (INMA) L.L.C. entered a partnership agreement with Omani local partner and have established a new sister company in Sultanate of Oman “INMA Co. OMAN” with a paid up capital of 500 Thousand R.O.
In 2003, Gulf Development and Construction (INMA) L.L.C. entered a partnership agreement with Qatari local partner and have established a new sister company in State of Qatar “INMA Co. Qatar” with a paid up capital of 3 Million Q.R.
Over the years Gulf Development and Construction (INMA) L.L.C. has steadily grown in turnover, facilities and workforce with the growth of the construction industry in the U.A.E.
In 1996 we moved our head office in the U.A.E. to the present premises at Al Ramoul Industrial Area - Dubai. With all departments under one roof on a total area of (160,000 ft2) 45% covered.
Gulf Development and Construction (INMA) L.L.C. first principals in 1972 included DYNAPAC Compaction Equipment), FLYGT (Electrical Submersible Pumps), LINDEN ALIMAK (Tower Cranes & Hoists), HOLMAN Air Compressors), THWAITES (Dumpers), FREDERICK PARKER (Crushers) and BOSS (Fork Lifts), providing a basket full of equipment, much in demand to help build the infrastructure of the newly born nation of the United Arab Emirates (Federation officially declared in December 1971).
During the seventies, Gulf Development and Construction (INMA) L.L.C. teamed up with some more well known European manufacturers’ such as HATZ (Diesel Engines & Generators), COLES (Cranes), HYMAC (Excavators), STETTER (Concrete Equipment), and both PARTNER (Power cutters) & HUSQVARNA (Garden & Forestry Equipment).
In the early eighties, ATLAS COPCO, LIEBHERR (Tower Cranes) and PHOENIX (Bitumen Equipment) became available andGulf Development and Construction (INMA) L.L.C. signed in with them for dealership which turned out to be another successful chapter in the history of Gulf Development and Construction (INMA) L.L.C.
HAULOTTE GROUP the French manufacturer of Self-propelled Access Platforms & Booms also became another partner ofGulf Development and Construction (INMA) L.L.C.
Factory trained Sales and Service Engineers & Technicians, backed by modern well equipped service centres and optimum stock level of spare parts provide adequate after-sales service.
