Scomi Group Bhd (“Scomi” or “the Group”), a global service provider mainly in the oil & gas and transport solutions industries, is a company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia. Together with its subsidiary and associate companies, the enlarged entity employs over 2,500 employees in 48 locations in 22 countries.
Scomi was listed on the then Second Board (now known as ACE Market) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on 13 May 2003. On 13 May 2014, SGB transferred its listing status to the Main Board (now known as Main Market) of Bursa Securities.
