Tadmur Contracting, founded in 1987, is a grade “A” Contractor as classified by the Central Tenders Committee (CTC) in the State of Qatar. Since then, Tadmur has executed nearly 100 multi-million Qatari Riyal Governmental and Private projects in the State and has contributed significantly in developing the modern Qatar.
Tadmur Contracting is headed by an experienced management team, who has a great construction experience in management of various MULTI-MILLION QAR construction projects in Qatar. Tadmur Contracting has over QAR 1.35 billion in current 2010 active projects.

The Chairman, Mr. Nasser Mohammad Hattab Al-Kaabi, a Civil Engineer by profession has served the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture (MMAA) prior to venturing into business. He is a visionary and a very dynamic, well-known businessman, fuelled to face the challenges of the upcoming projects in Qatar.
The Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Dafer M. Hallawa, is the head of operations of the company, which has grown significantly from a mere 6 employees in 1985 to over 2500 today.
Tadmur Contracting is headed by Mr. Mustafa Hallawa, who has a wealth of construction experience in management of various multi-million dollar construction projects in Qatar. Tadmur Contracting has over QAR 1.3 billion in current active projects.
Tadmur Contracting employs a team of competent professionals comprising well-experienced Managers, Civil Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Planning Engineers, Quality Control Engineers, Safety Engineers, Draftsman, Supervisors & Foremen, who monitor and execute the projects to the utmost satisfaction and best interest of the client, using the finest quality of materials and maintaining Qatar Construction Specification (QCS).
